changes in my life i feel superb about
- getting out of a time-sucking relationship that consistently failed to make me happy. it took about five months of breaking up, but so worth it. Also, playing the field.
- starting to do cardio way more often (4-5x a week). For most of my life I was a naturally skinny dancer, so I never pushed myself to run or anything, and when I would work out sporadically I was miserable. Now for the first time ever, I run the amount that I want and don’t want to kill myself. It’s awesome. I realize I’m pretty late to the game on this one.
- Hmm those are only two points but I’m pretty sure if I had a cat and didn’t have a ridiculous test looming over me for months, oh and also a source of income….I might be maximally happy. ha.
